and support. Since your satisfaction is our main priority -- if you aren't happy, we aren't happy.

We also stand behind the quality of our products. If a product fails to meet your expectations
simply return it within 30 days and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you.

We hope that we have provided you with detailed information on all customer service policies and
procedures in this section.

Delivery
Most items are packed and begin transit the next business day. Please see the Ground Transit
Time table for the projected UPS Ground Transit Time to your shipping destination.

Express Shipping, via UPS 2 Day Air and Next Day Air are also available for an additional shipping
charge. During the check out process you will be able to see the exact shipping charge on the
order for all Continental US deliveries.

If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver may be made.
Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the
fastest delivery time.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of your anticipated delivery date.

Order Tracking
Each customer will typically receive a UPS tracking code via email within 24 business hours from
the time the order begins transit. This code can be used at the UPS website, www.ups.com, to
track the order's progress and to see the projected delivery date.

Customer with any delivery questions can contact Customer Service at 206-310-6237, 9:00 a.m. -
6:00 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday or email us at info@whynotbe.com. Please have your
Order Number handy.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Charges are based on the dollar value of the order and then adjusted upward for UPS 2nd Day or
Next Day. The shipping charges for Continental U.S. deliveries will appear directly in your shopping
cart so you will know the charges before placing the order.

Some extremely large or heavy items (over 50 pounds) may require additional charges and may
not be available for shipment outside the continental United States. Please call for availability and
charges.

Return Policy:
If you are not delighted with any stock item, you may return it for a prompt exchange, credit or
refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are
non-refundable. Please assist us by indicating the reason for your return or exchange on the back
of your packing slip.

Orders Outside the Continental U.S.:
All orders received for shipment outside the Continental U.S. will require additional shipping and
handling charges. Each customer will be contacted by email with the projected delivery costs. We
must receive approval of these costs before processing the order.
